Just under 1350 calories of awesome
The FAT shake…
I’m not gonna sit here and go into too much scientific hoopla on this one… But here are a few facts:
1. If you want to gain weight, and you’re not, you need more calories.
2. “Good” calories are better than “junk” calories.
3. FAT does not make you fat (not by itself anyway).
4. Drinking one of these every day in addition to what you’re already eating WILL pack on the pounds.
What’s in it?
2 cups organic, high fat (non-homogenized and full of delicious butterfat, lol) whole milk
2 scoops whey protein
handful of almonds
handful of flax seed
handful of dark chocolate chips
2 scoops almond butter
2 scoops peanut butter
1/2 cup egg whites
handful of berries
Totals? (approximately) 90g Protein, 90g fat, 40g carbs, 1330 calories in a 24 oz shake
